As development works continue across Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, it is essential that roads are restored and reopened for public use immediately after the completion of civic infrastructure projects. Timely road restoration plays a vital role in ensuring smooth traffic movement, public safety, and the overall convenience of citizens.
With this objective, Shri Anil Makariye visited the Mill Corner to Khadkeshwar road stretch to inspect the pending road restoration work and review its current progress. During the inspection, he assessed the status of the work on-site and discussed the reasons for the delay with the concerned officials.
Shri Makariye emphasized that prolonged delays in road restoration create unnecessary inconvenience for commuters, local residents, and businesses. He instructed the Municipal Corporation authorities to accelerate the remaining work and ensure that the road is restored and reopened for public use at the earliest.
He further directed the concerned departments to maintain proper coordination with the executing agencies and contractors so that the project is completed efficiently while maintaining the required quality standards. He reiterated that every development project should be completed in a timely manner, with equal importance given to restoring public infrastructure once the primary work is finished.
